Annapurna Sanctuary Area This is a unique trek on the foothill of the Annapurna south specially designed for those who enjoy the flora and fauna, panoramic view of the Himalayan range in a comfortable way including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail and other Himalayan ranges. This is perfect trek best called as a classic walk right into the heart of the mountains and our gentle walk start from lowland. The walk ends at a point where you are practically surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. The trek involves several ascents and descents but not so hard to attempt as there are several alternative routes to the sanctuary, all meeting at Chhomrong. This trek provides an excellent opportunity to experience the fascinating glimpse of rich culture, typical Nepalese lifestyle and ultimate thrill of trekking in the Himalayas at the high elevation.

Day 1:

Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our airport representative, from All Trekkers Team and transfer to the fixed standard hotel. Overnight in standard hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2:

Drive Kathmandu to Nayapul (trek starting place) , we then begin trek to Tikhedhunga After having early morning breakfast at your hotel in Kathmandu, we then have 6 hours scenic drive from Kathmandu to Nayapul. After reaching Nayapul, we have a short walk along the bank of the Modi Khola, we reach Birethanti (1065m) a large village that has many shops and teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village. The trail follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. From there, the trail climbs increasingly up the side of the valley to Hille at 1495m and after the short climb, we reach Tikhedhunga at 1525m. This trek offers a short and relatively easy day, during journey and allows us to become used to the experience of trekking in Nepal. Overnight at Guest House.B.L.D.

Day 3: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

Leaving Tikhedunga, we begin our journey with steep climb to Ulleri, a large Magar village at 2070m. Then the track continues to ascend more gently, through forests of oak and rhododendron towards Banthanti at 2250m. Then we make our trek towards Nangethanti at 2460m. After an hour walk brings you at today’s destination to Ghorepani at 2775m.

Day 4: Trek to Tadapani:

Hiking to Poonhill - back to Ghorepani, and trek to Tadapani. This morning, we will get up early, and go for hiking to Poon Hill. From here you will see superb view of sunrise, and panoramic view of Himalayas, including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and so on. After visiting Poonhill, we will come back to Ghorepani, having breakfast, we continue walking to Tadapani. Overnight at Tadapani

Day 5: Trek to Chhomorng:

The day starts with steep down hill. Leaving Tadapani, we descend through forests and then the trail eases as we reach Gurjung (which is the village of Gurung people) to (2020m). Overnight at Chhomrong.

Day 06: Chomorung to Dovan

Today the trail drops down to the Chhomrong Khola and again we continue climbing to Khuldighar at 2380m where there is an ACAP Check post, and continuous walking to Dovan( the down meeting point of streams). Overnight at Chhomrong.

Day 7: Trek to Deurali

The day, begins with the climb through bamboo, then rhododendron forests to Dovan, Himalayan Hotel and on to Hinko cave at 3020m. The accommodation will be in Deurali, on the ridge above Hinko Cave and is the stretch of trail that is most subject matter headed for avalanche. Overnight at Deurali.

Day 8: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp

Today the path climbs on past the Machhapuchhare Base Camp (which isn’t really a base camp since climbing the mountain is not permitted) to the Annapurna Base Camp. Since it is totally surrounded by mountains, this area is known as the Annapurna Sanctuary.You can either end the day at Machhapuchhare Base Camp or trek two hours on to Annapurna Base Camp. There, you will view the mountain landscape which is even more fabulous. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp (ABC)

Day 9:

Explore the hidden Valley in the morning and Collecting innumerable photos in camp. Memories in mind, we trek back to Dovan. Overnight at Dovan.

Day 10:

To Trek to Jhinu Danda:  we walk for 5hrs. Enjoy the evening at hot spring. Overnight at Jhinu Danda.

Day 11: Trek to Pothana via Landruk

On this day, we enjoy the views of waterfalls, landscapes, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Fishtail and many more with an active walk. Overnight at Pothana.

Day 12: Trek to Phedi and drive to Pokhara

Early morning we can enjoy the view of Sunrise, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Machhapurchre and landscape and snap some in camp. After breakfast, we take 2 hours easy walk down hill to Phedi where the road links to Pokhara. It is simply half an hour drive to Pokhara from Phedi. Afternoon relaxing or shopping on your own in Pokhara with. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu.  Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 14:

Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square). Overnight at hotel.

Day 15:

Transfer to Airport for your farewell!!

Excellent view and wonderful service.

The view at Basecamp was breathtaking and wonderful. Throughout the journey, the guide and staff were helpful and caring. They were as wonderful as the journey I had to Annapurna basecamp. I will visit again soon.
